    Security Camera System (768.0706(2)(a)1): Verification of security camera coverage and recording retention period(s).

    Lighted Parking Lots (768.0706(2)(a)2): Full measurement of light levels at 18 inches above surface, dusk–dawn compliance, and/or photocell operation.

    Lighting in Walkways, Laundry Rooms, Common Areas, Porches (768.0706(2)(a)3): Verification of dusk–dawn operation or photocell control in all listed interior/exterior common areas.

    Deadbolts (≥ 1-inch) on Each Dwelling Unit Door (768.0706(2)(a)4): Inspection of deadbolt hardware for all units, or representative sampling for properties with a large number of units.

    Window, Sliding Door, and Non-Common-Use Door Locks (768.0706(2)(a)5): Verification that all windows, sliders, and other unit-level exterior doors have functional locks.

    Locked Gates with Key/Fob Access Along Pool Fences (768.0706(2)(a)6): Inspection of gate lock functionality and self-closing / self-latching capabilities.

    Peepholes / Door Viewers on Unit Doors (768.0706(2)(a)7): Inspection confirming each dwelling unit door has a peephole/door viewer when no window is present.
